John Stamos Can’t Wait to Be a Dad — “My Whole Life I’ve Waited for This Moment” (EXCLUSIVE)
Daddy duty! John Stamos couldn’t be more excited to become a first-time dad as he counts down to wife Caitlin McHugh‘s due date and to the expansion of his own fuller house. “[I’m] over the moon! My whole life I’ve waited for this moment, and the best part is I’m getting to parent with the most perfect woman,” John gushes of his 31-year-old wife.
There are challenges ahead, of course and the Fuller House star admits he isn’t looking forward to being kept up at night — “I’m exhausted already!” he notes. And there’s one task he swears he won’t be helping Caitlin with: “I’m not changing diapers,” the actor insists.
The 54-year-old tells Life & Style that the plan isn’t to stop at one kid. “She’s already talking about baby No. 2,” he reveals. “We just finished decorating the house…[and] she’s already on the internet looking at new homes that are bigger!”
John is in more awe of his new wife than ever. “She’s handling pregnancy in the most graceful way that I could’ve imagined,” he says. “It’s just been so beautiful, all of it!”
