Jon Bon Jovi’s Son Jesse Bongiovi Welcomes His First Baby, Blair Lucy Bongiovi
Jesse Bongiovi and his wife, Jessie Light, are officially parents! The couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Blair Lucy Bongiovi.
“Our sweet girl has arrived, and we couldn’t be happier. Welcome to the world, baby Blair bear,” Light shared in a heartwarming Instagram post on November 10.
The Bon Jovi family quickly shared their excitement in the comments. Jesse’s uncle, Matthew Bongiovi, wrote, “Welcome to the family sweet Princess Blair,” while his cousin Bella Bongiovi added, “Congratulations!”
Celebrities also joined in on the celebration. Tish Cyrus Parcell commented, “So so happy for you guys!! Sending you so much love!!” Actress Dakota Fanning couldn’t resist chiming in, writing, “I love you Blair!!!!!! 💕💕💕💕💕.”
This isn’t the first exciting relationship milestone for Jesse and Jessie. The couple tied the knot in Las Vegas last May, at the same chapel where Jon Bon Jovi and his wife Dorothea eloped back in 1989.
A month later, they celebrated their love once more with a romantic ceremony in England. “We wanted everyone to be present with us,” Light told Vogue. “We poured our hearts out to each other through our vows. There wasn’t a dry eye in the countryside.”
Jon Bon Jovi previously revealed his excitement about becoming a grandfather again, telling The Mirror in October, “My son Jesse and his wife are expecting in the next week, so I’ll have two [grandchildren]. It’s fantastic being a grandad. It’s another chapter. We’re so excited as we’ll have two of them for the holidays. It’ll be a unique Christmas in the house.”
The Bon Jovi family tree has certainly blossomed in 2025. Jesse’s brother Jake Bongiovi and his wife, actress Millie Bobby Brown, recently adopted a baby girl of their own, making Jon a first-time grandfather earlier this year.
Reflecting on this new chapter, the rock icon added, “I’ve just kind of got used to dealing with my kids being grown. I still see them as two and three, and then they’re in their thirties and bring a baby around and you’re like, wow, that’s a reinvention. When Dorothea gets the call, there’ll be gravel in my eyes. It’s sort of the magic of life.”
