Justin Bieber has a best man speech to prep!
The singer’s dad, Jeremy Bieber, proposed to girlfriend Chelsey Rebelo on Feb. 19 in St. Barts, and shared a video of the special moment on YouTube.
The 41-year-old, clad in an all-white ensemble, can be seen leading his bride-to-be, 28, up to a viewing point where he popped the question. Chelsey responds with a shocked, “Oh my god.”

According to TMZ, Justin and his family support Jeremy’s relationship, though the 21-year-old was not in St. Bart’s to witness the proposal. He instead spent the day at Universal Studios Hollywood with his six-year-old half-brother Jaxon.

The “Sorry” hitmaker recently brought his younger sibling as his date to the Grammys on Feb. 15, where he picked up his first award for Best Dance Recording.
