He’s got this. Singer Justin Bieber has been pretty vocal about his recent battles with mental health and his strength in spite of the struggle is truly inspiring. On April 12, the 25-year-old took to social media to share an update about his progress with fans and followers.

“Getting better every day,” he wrote on a black and white selfie posted to his Instagram Stories. “Bouncing back … I will never stop fighting.” He added, “Most challenging season of my life.”

Back in early March, Justin got candid with fans about his mental health struggles on Instagram. “Just wanted to keep you guys updated a little bit hopefully what I’m going through will resonate with you guys,” he wrote in his post. “Been struggling a lot. Just feeling super disconnected and weird …”

“I always bounce back so I’m not worried, just wanted to reach out and ask for [you] guys to pray for me,” he continued. “God is faithful and ur [sic] prayers really work thanks … the most human season I’ve ever been in facing my stuff head on …”

Clearly, he’s been going through it. Luckily, he has a really supportive wife by his side. His girl, Hailey Baldwin, got a shout-out on his Instagram on April 8 for how supportive she’s been throughout his struggle with mental health.

“You have walked hand and hand with me as I continue to get my emotions, mind, body and soul intact,” he captioned a super sexy shot of his wife of seven months. “You have given me so much strength, support, encouragement and joy! I just wanted to publicly honor you.” He added, “I hope you have a great shoot today.”

Justin has also been vocal about seeking therapy and doing the work to better himself — and we really commend him for the example he puts forth. We’ve got your back, too, bro. You got this.
