The 21-year-old posted a steamy photo of him and Hailey Baldwin making out in an intimate pose, seemingly announcing that they're a couple.

This new relationship comes amid rumors that his ex Selena Gomez is dating One Direction's Niall Horan, and that Kourtney banned his name from being said after their hookup. Perhaps he's just trying to prove that he's not phased by it all.
