Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel ‘in a Great Place’ After Baby No. 2: ‘They’re Happy’
This mama is over the Palmer drama! Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel’s second child “has brought them closer together” after dealing with the fallout of his PDA scandal, a source exclusively tells Life & Style.
“They’re in a great place,” the source says. “It’s taken Jessica a while to adjust to having a new addition. She still isn’t getting much sleep, but never complains and knows it’s all part of the process.”
The insider adds that “the pros definitely outweigh the cons” as Biel, 38, feels like “being a mom again is the best feeling in the world.”
Life & Style confirmed in July that the couple secretly welcomed their second child together. Timberlake, 39, and Biel, who wed in 2012, are also parents of 5-year-old son Silas.
“Jessica certainly hasn’t been left to do all the work. While Justin has been busy with work and negotiating deals, he helps out and they split baby duty. He’s a fantastic dad, and always has been,” the source explains.
While the pair have yet to publicly gush about their new addition, the singer’s longtime friend Brian McKnight confirmed the news in a July interview. According to the source, Timberlake and Biel are keeping a low profile on purpose.
“Jessica and Justin value their privacy and aren’t giving too much away right now, but I know they’re happy,” the source tells Life & Style. “They’re enjoying living in the countryside, away from prying eyes and are looking into buying a new house.”
Biel and Timberlake’s baby news came less than a year after he made headlines for a night out with his Palmer costar Alisha Wainwright. In snaps from the November 2019 outing in New Orleans, the former boybander was caught holding hands with Wainwright, 31. Two weeks after the scandal, Timberlake took to Instagram to apologize to Biel.
“I displayed a strong lapse in judgment — but let me be clear — nothing happened between me and my costar. I drank way too much that night and I regret my behavior. I should have known better. This is not the example I want to set for my son,” he wrote at the time. “I apologize to my amazing wife and family for putting them through such an embarrassing situation, and I am focused on being the best husband and father I can be. This was not that.”
