Have you ever watched an episode of Keeping up With the Kardashians? Who are we kidding, of course you have! If you haven’t noticed — but you probably already did — the sisters have a penchant for constantly munching on salad in almost every episode.

Well, fans of the series have definitely taken notice of girls’ — Kim, Kourtney, Khloé, Kendall, and Kylie — obsession with their plastic bowl of greens and are dying to know how/where to get their hands on the signature meal themselves! Chef Salad

Kim previously revealed the name of this particular salad via Twitter last year, “On KUWTK everyone asks where our salads & yellow drinks are from — it’s a place in Calabasas called Health Nut. Chef salad with mango iced tea.”

Health Nut also claimed this dish was a favorite of Kourtney’s as well, although she swaps the turkey for shredded chicken.

Ingredients:

• Sliced turkey breast or shredded chicken

• Shredded mozzarella

• Tomatoes

• Sprouts

• Avocado

• Cucumber

• Romaine and Iceberg lettuce

• Sunflower Seeds

Chinese Chicken Salad

“They often order our Chinese Chicken salad as well,” the vendor said. “Exchange the chicken for turkey, and served with our Sesame dressing.”

“We’ve seen a tremendous spike in our social media activity as well as volume,” Health Nut owner Shirley Choi said of the recent fan interest in the meal. We bet — happy eating!
