Khloé Kardashian had a book signing in LA earlier this week and debuted a new look that has fans speculating that she's had plastic surgery.

The 31-year-old's face looks noticeably different, and it's her skin that has everyone talking. While it's clear that she has quite a bit of contouring around her nose and cheeks, her face looks tighter – in some photos it almost looks like she can't physically smile.
