Booty Werk!Khloé Kardashian Shares Her Workout Routine and It Looks V Intense

Get your sweat on! Khloé Kardashian shared her workout routine with trainer Joel “Coach Joe” Bouraïma and it looked so intense. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians starlet has an incredible figure and proved that she puts in the work for it.

The 35-year-old is a certified gym junkie. From hosting the show Revenge Body to running her own fitness apparel line, KoKo’s life seems to revolve around exercise. She has frequently opened up about how she started going to the gym for her mental health and never looked back — even after giving birth to True Thompson in April 2018. “The first day I was mentally so prepared,” the reality starlet said about returning to the gym during a panel discussion just four months after welcoming her daughter. “I was so excited because working out for me it is more about mental health. It is not necessarily [about] how I look. Yeah, that is a byproduct. You look good. But for me it is [for] my sanity and I was so stoked.”

So, what specific exercises does Khloé do to maintain her incredible physique? While she didn’t share her “ab routine” and “cardio warm-up,” she started the video with a few moves to loosen up her muscles, including walkouts and some hamstring stretches. She then started with shoulder presses and bench rows. Next, the Kocktails With Khloé host can be seen with a weighted bag on her shoulders as she stood up on her toes to work her calves. The blonde beauty was working hard but looked adorable in Good American camo pants and bright orange sports bra. Somehow, a cute outfit makes it less brutal, right?

Coach Joe is no joke and has also trained Kourtney Kardashian and Stephanie Shepherd. He definitely wasn’t taking it easy on Khloé, either. After a few intense moves, she broke a sweat doing single-leg step-ups on the bench and more leg work using a booty band around her thighs. The reality starlet then did a plethora of other exercises, which included rows and chest presses with an extremely heavy looking barbell.

Whew! We’re tired just watching that. Keep being our fitspo, girl.
