Kim Kardashian and Jonathan Cheban Are Halloween BFF Goals in Sonny and Cher Costumes

They say imitation is the best form of flattery, and Cher must feel super flattered! Kim Kardashian has been open about her longtime girl crush on the pop music icon, so she decided to fully pay tribute to the singer by dressing up as her for Halloween. But in order to properly pull off Cher, she needed to find her Sonny Bono — and her best friend Jonathan Cheban was up to the task. How epic are those costumes? Kim and Jonathan put their looks together for the ’70s-themed Casamigos Halloween party in Hollywood on Friday, Oct. 27 and the best part of the sexy gypsy look is Kim got to show off her killer abs. There’s no doubt that Kim is in the best shape of her life right now and her body looks amazing, but she downplayed her own body while praising the “I Got You Babe” on Periscope, telling the camera, “Cher definitely has a better body. Her stomach…I don’t think anyone could compare.”

But Cher thinks that Kim did a great job with the look, and she took to Twitter to publicly compliment Kim on nailing her ’70s look. “Woke to see you are me [for Halloween],” the 71-year-old wrote. “You look BEAUTIFUL little Armenian sister.”

And the feeling is definitely mutual! Kim gushed about Cher in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar back in August, and she said Cher is her “number one fashion icon” and she paid tribute to her in a stylized photo shoot for the magazine.

“She’s always had the sickest style, I’m obsessed with her,” Kim revealed. “To think that she was wearing these sheer dresses in the ’70s and just what people must have thought back then.”
