Kim Kardashian Posts Topless Pic Taken by Daughter North — and Fans Are Weirded Out
WYD, Kim Kardashian? The reality TV queen, 37, took to Instagram on Thursday, Feb. 8, to share a topless picture — which we’re totally used to by now. But the kicker is that the sizzling snap was taken by none other than her eldest (albeit still very young) daughter, North West. And while Kim looks hot AF, fans are kinda creeped out she recruited her four-year-old to play photog in her partially nude at-home photo shoot.
The pic shows the KKW Beauty founder standing in front of a mirror, holding her hands over what appear to be her bare breasts. Little North — whose face is hidden by the bright light of the camera’s flash — is seen taking the photo from behind. If there was any doubt about who the small child is in the background, Kim cleared up any confusion by giving North the photo credit. “[Photo] by North,” she captioned the shot.
And, not surprisingly, Kim’s followers — including a portion of the online parenting police — were quick to pass judgment on the mom-of-three, who also shares son Saint, 2, and newborn daughter Chicago with husband Kanye West. “WOW can you say painting fail??! What kind of mom allows her child to take a naked pic of her? Disgusting,” one Instagram user commented, while another wrote: “Honestly I’ve never felt weirder in my life. Kim looks hot but it makes me wanna puke that North took the pic.”
Some even lambasted Kim for sending a negative message about body image to her daughter. “Having North take pics of you like this won’t be good for her self esteem Kim! She’s going to grow up thinking being sexy is more important than being smart,” one fan pointed out. Added another, “Really hope North doesn’t ask you to start taking pics of her like this! She’s going to want to be just like her mom…”
Kim has yet to respond to the backlash, but we’re going to take a wild guess and say she probably DGAF? Keeping Up With the Kardashians airs on E! Sundays at 9 p.m. EST.
