A Year Ago, Kylie Jenner Said She Didn’t Want Kids Right Now
It was recently reported by multiple outlets that Kylie Jenner is expecting her first child with boyfriend Travis Scott. But just one year ago, the 20-year-old revealed that while she’d love to become a mom, she wasn’t quite ready.
“I’m getting a lot of questions about kids. How many kids do I want? Do I want kids?” the lip kit mogul said in a Snapchat video when taking questions from Twitter last October. “And I do want kids, but not now.”
The reality star previously broached the topic on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. “What do you feel like is a good age to have kids? Like 25?” Kylie previously asked dad Caitlyn Jenner, who advised, “30’s a good age.”
According to People magazine, the cosmetics queen is due in February. “They started telling friends a few weeks ago,” a source shared. “The family has known for quite some time. She is really excited and so is Travis!” Another insider close to the family revealed, “It is an unexpected but completely amazing turn of events that she could not be more excited or thrilled about. Everyone is overjoyed for her. This is the happiest she’s ever been.”
Kylie’s BFF Jordyn Woods recently revealed to Life & Style that the reality star won’t be walking down the aisle anytime soon. “Yeah, I don’t think anyone’s in a rush to get married,” she said. But if and when Ky ties the knot with Travis, 25, Jordyn is sure she’ll have a front-row seat. “I’m already a maid of honor,” the 20-year-old said.
Kylie’s ex Tyga has since responded to her pregnancy news on Snapchat, but deleted his post shortly after. On a photo announcing her baby news, the rapper wrote, “Hell nah thats my kid.”

So far, neither Kylie nor any of her family members have spoken out about the pregnancy.
