No surprise here, but not everyone's a fan of Kylie Jenner. In fact, a woman is suing the 20-year-old's cosmetics company, Kylie Inc., over its website, saying it's not easily accessible to blind customers.

In the lawsuit, which was obtained by TMZ, Antoinette Suchenko — who's reportedly been legally blind for more than 20 years — claims she uses screen reader software to surf the web, but that the beauty mogul's site isn't compatible, and has prevented her from purchasing products.

Suchenko says she doesn't want money from the multimillion dollar business, but asks that the court require the company to update its online presence per the Americans with Disabilities Act. TMZ reports that a similar complaint was made against Kim, Khloé, and Kourtney Kardashian's DASH stores in 2016.

Kylie narrowly avoided a lawsuit earlier this year when makeup artist Vlada Haggerty accused the reality star of copying her artwork to promote her brand. Haggerty's lawyer told TMZ that Kylie Cosmetics has a "history of taking Haggerty's original dripping lip art and passing it off as Kylie's."

But the mother-to-be was able to avoid any legal drama by showing the makeup enthusiast some love in a now-deleted Instagram post. "Check out this inspiring photograph from @juliakuzmenko and @vladamua," she captioned the pic that sparked the controversy. Kylie also uploaded another image of lips, writing, "This really is everything. Check out the wonderful makeup art of @vladamua!" How can you stay mad when your work gets promoted in front of 80 million people?? (Kylie now has over 100 million followers on the image-sharing platform.)

Beauty vlogger Shannon Harris also seemingly called out Kylizzle for copying her bronze palette, sharing a side-by-side photo, though she later revealed that wasn't her intention. “Let's be honest I'm gonna buy the Kylie eyeshadows,” she tweeted.

“Sorry to anyone who was genuinely hurt by my earlier tweet," she added. "I never once said ‘Kylie copied me’ I made a joke bc they look similar lol come on! yes, like lots of palettes do! No beef here guys."
