The pressure of fame is catching up with Kylie Jenner. The lip kit mogul is opening up on her new reality show Life of Kylie — and sources reveal exclusively to Life & Style that Kylie is over the edge and seeking professional help.
In episode two of the series, which premieres August 6, the 19-year-old attends her first therapy session and makes a startling confession on camera. “Sometimes, I’m like, ‘This
is it; I’m going insane,’” she tells her doctor, who requested to remain anonymous on the E! show. “‘Like I’m going crazy.’”
It’s no surprise that Kylie is struggling with fame and the constant pressure to be perfect. She has been in the public eye since the age of 9 on her family’s popular reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians. She has also complained about the media attention in the past. “If someone told me how big it was going to be, I probably would’ve had a second thought about it,” she told _Complex _ about being a reality star. “When people bully you about what you want to do, or for being silly and funny, it makes you not want to be silly and funny anymore. I started to lose a lot of myself, pieces about myself that I liked the most.”
She continued, “You don’t know who you are. I didn’t know who I was a year ago, and I still don’t know exactly who I am now. You’re trying to grow up and make mistakes and everybody’s watching.”
However, despite suffering from panic attacks, the brunette beauty decided to stop going to therapy after cameras stopped rolling and her inner circle is worried. “Kylie doesn’t feel she got anything out of therapy on the show, but her friends think she should still be going,” says an insider. “Kylie acts like she is about to have a breakdown. She’s super moody and has a short fuse.”
