Meghan Markle Reveals One of Prince Harry’s Dislikes While Announcing Season 2 of ‘With Love, Megan’
Meghan Markle is returning to Netflix with the second season of her lifestyle show, With Love, Meghan.
The teaser for season 2 which Markle shared on her Instagram page on Tuesday, August 12, revealed new guests, new chefs, but the same promise to “get creative and learn something new.”
Netflix describes the newest season of With Love, Meghan as “fun and heartwarming,” as she welcomes “celebrity chefs, talented artists, and beloved friends for hands-on adventures filled with laughter and discovery. From playful cooking challenges to DIY projects, Meghan and her guests explore bold flavors, experiment with new techniques, and discover simple ways to add beauty to everyday life. It’s all about embracing playfulness over perfection and finding joy in creating together.”
“I love these moment of discovery and beauty so let’s be curious together,” Markle says in the preview before she revealed a shocking revelation about her husband, Prince Harry.
While talking with one of the professional chefs on the show, founder of the World Central Kitchen Chef José Andrés, Markle shared a little tidbit bit with him at the end of the teaser.
“Do you know who doesn’t like lobster?” Markle shared. “Who?” Chef Andrés asks. “My husband,” Markle responded.
“And you marry him anyway?” Andrés joked as Markle responded with laughter.
The release of the season 2 trailer comes after it was made public that Markle and Harry struck a new deal with Netflix. Originally, in 2020, the former royal couple signed a roughly 100 million dollar deal with Netflix.
On August 11, the couple extended their contract with Netflix, which will include another documentary and a “Christmas special.” How big this new deal is has not been made available.
“We’re proud to extend our partnership with Netflix and expand our work together to include the As Ever brand,” Markle said in a statement after extending her partnership with the streaming service.
“My husband and I feel inspired by our partners who work closely with us and our Archewell Productions team to create thoughtful content across genres that resonates globally, and celebrates our shared vision,” she continued.
With Love, Meghan season 2 will premiere on August 26.
