Halle Berry sure left a big impression in her first Met Gala appearance since 2017. She chose a risqué LaQuan Smith black gown with sheer vertical panels that was a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen. One stripe down the middle covered up her private parts, but shadows through the sheer fabric next to it showed Halle was going commando.

The Never Let Go star told E! News at an afterparty that she and the designer narrowed down her choices for the gala to two looks, with LaQuan giving her the final nudge.

“The dresses were gorgeous,” Halle shared. “I could hardly choose. I asked LaQuan, ‘Which one would you like me to wear?’ So, I chose his favorite.”

Kylie Jenner

Leave it to Kylie Jenner to bring some serious sizzle to the 2025 Met Gala. She arrived on the red carpet with Ferragamo designer Maximilian Davis and a black floor-length shawl across the front of her dress. Kylie then took it off to reveal her plunging silver bralette top and sheer black mesh corset. The Kardashians star showed plenty of leg, as her silver low-slung skirt had a thigh-high slit.

Megan Thee Stallion

Megan Thee Stallion was one of the only other stars besides Kylie to wear a true va-va-voom look. The rapper chose a silver Michael Kors gown with a push-up top and daring slit up to her hip.

The “Espresso” singer told Vogue on the red carpet that she was dressed by Pharrell for Louis Vuitton, who told her “no pants!” due to her petite stature. Unlike Lisa, Sabrina rocked a bare leg with her pants-free look.
