“We’re boyfriend and girlfriend,” she finally announced after literal months of avoiding labels. “We’re in a relationship!” Although we all basically knew that already, it’s nice to finally hear Nikki say it out loud.

The brunette babe also confessed that she was “smiling ear to ear” during her confession. “Why do I feel like I’m in high school right now?” Nikki added. Too cute!

To commemorate their love, Nikki and Artem dropped a steamy video where they danced to Rita Ora‘s “Let Me Love You” and their chemistry was off the charts.

“I literally was joking with him that I wanted the title of our dance to be ‘#Official’ because everyone was writing on social media lately like, ‘#NoLabels, just be #Official,'” Nikki explained.

The WWE babe continued, “So, I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, I’m totally gonna play that up, what everyone’s talking about on social media.’ And then Brie reminded me that that was very corny to name a dance ‘#Official.'” That was sisters are for, right?

Artem and Nikki first crossed paths when they were partners on Dancing With the Stars back in 2017.

Timing Wasn’t Right

At the time, Nikki was engaged to her longtime beau, John Cena. The dance pro had just called it quits with Chicago Med’s Tori DeVitto, whom he dated from May 2016 to May 2017.

They Found Love in a Not so Hopeless Place

Nikki and Artem were first rumored to be together back in January but didn’t go public with their romance until after the Total Bellas finale in March. Although heartbreak sucks, things tend to work out the way they’re supposed to.

The two seem to have very strong feelings for each other. Nikki posted the sweetest tribute about Artem for his birthday on June 12. She gushed about how much of a positive impact he has on her life.

Happy Birthday, my Artem!” She shared a slew of photos from a fab trip to Napa, California, they took to celebrate.

Distance Makes the Heart Grow Fonder

“Artem flew all the way from London to Napa Valley to meet me at BottleRock,” the 35-year-old explained during the June 5 podcast episode. “I hadn’t seen Artem for a week and a half and I’ll admit during that week and a half, I realized how much I missed my, beautiful, smart, handsome … dancer.”

At the time, Brie asked if this meant that Artem was her boyfriend, but Nikki wasn’t ready to label their love. “I’m not saying that … what I’m saying is when he was gone I realized how much I missed him, like, tons,” she coyly said.

She missed him so much that she wanted their reunion recorded. Nikki recalled, “So I said, ‘Brie I want to have it on tape. Like, I haven’t seen Artem in so long, so film me.’ … But then it was so cute because I ran up to Artem and the driver was trying to ask for my photograph or a photo or something, but I was like beelining for my man.”

Artem also felt overwhelmed by seeing his ladylove. “I’d been away for 10 days and that is a long time. I think it’s the first time we’ve been apart for 10 days in quite a while,” he said. “I did miss you a lot.” It sounds like these two are track for something amazing!
