“I have been vegetarian for about 10 years now,” she told Yahoo! Beauty’s editor-in-chief, makeup maven Bobbi Brown. “With pregnancy, I am definitely going more on the vegetarian side.”

But don’t expect the ‘American Idol’ alum to indulge on cheese and milk for the rest of her life.
“As soon as I am not pregnant anymore, I will go back to being vegan,” she said. “I don’t think I am craving anything too crazy. I try to keep it as healthy as possible and try to take care of myself. And you know, putting good things in!”
Carrie and Mike announced their big baby news on Instagram back in September — more than four years after they tied the knot. They’re expecting a boy in spring 2015.
