'Pump Rules' Cast Raises Money for Makeup Artist’s Leukemia Battle

Coming together for a good cause — those are the Vanderpump Rules kids we know and love. The cool cast of the hit Bravo TV series came together to fundraise for friend and makeup artist Jared Lipscomb, who was diagnosed with leukemia in August, on October 12. Despite the circumstances, it seems like everyone had a total blast supporting their pal.

Cast members Brittany Cartwright, Jax Taylor, Kristen Doute, Katie Maloney-Schwartz, Stassi Schroeder, Tom Schwartz, Tom Sandoval, Beau Clark, and Ariana Madix came through to spend the day celebrating. Yes, you read that right — basically all of your favorite SURvers showed up to support.

Believe it or not, even newest cast member Dayna Kathan was in attendance at the sweet event, basically solidifying her positive relationship with the reality series OGs.

Jared, 31, who does makeup for several female cast members on the show, revealed his cancer diagnosis on Instagram over the summer. “Today I was diagnosed with Leukemia. Hearing it was surreal. But after many tears, and hugs from my mom, I’m ready for the next steps,” he bravely wrote. “It was detected early and I’m getting the best possible care. I’m starting treatment immediately.”

“This is scary as s—t [and] so much is unknown. But I do know that I love visitors, texts and messages so don’t be shy to reach out,” he continued. “I can’t wait to get better, feel better [and] start painting some beautiful faces again very soon. Love you all.”

All of the cast members seemed to be in super good spirits, laughing with one another and pimping out tickets to the guests, presumably for a raffle. The guest of honor was also graced with a cute speech from Brittany, 30, and Kristen, 36.

Cast member Scheana Marie was noticeably absent from the event — but according to her Instagram Stories, the 34-year-old was spending time with family up in Portland, Oregon.
