Reality stars know a thing or two about a public breakup — in fact, theirs tend to be more public than most. So, of course, Vanderpump Rules star Scheana Marie‘s had great advice for her friend, singer Miley Cyrus, who is dealing with both a public divorce and breakup from her rebound relationship with Kaitlynn Carter at the same time.

“Try and stay strong and positive,” the 34-year-old told Life & Style exclusively while promoting her trip to the 6th Annual RiSE Festival, taking place October 4-6 in the Mojave Desert. “And you know, not every relationship is meant to be forever and definitely hard to go through a public break up but I think she’s a very strong person and I think she’s going to be just fine.”

As far as who the brunette beauty would like to see the pop star end up with, she only has two small requests. “Anyone who makes her happy honestly, and supports her career,” the actress and singer explained of who would be great for Miley, 26, romantically in the future.

If you’re wondering about Scheana and Miley’s connection, allow us to fill you in. The two singers became pals when the Hannah Montana alum came out to Lisa Vanderpump‘s new restaurant, TomTom, to party down with the cast of Pump Rules back in March. James KennedyTom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval were also in attendance during the raucous night at the newest LVP eatery.

Naturally, the two gals have pretty packed schedules, but Scheana definitely considers them friends to this day. “I mean I hope so!” the Bravo TV star replied when asked if their connection was still going strong. “Her life is very busy so it’s not like we hang out or talk regularly. I mean I love her. She’s one of my favorite people I’ve ever met.”

No matter what, we’re still holding out hope that the girls will have another exciting night on the town together — but it might be a while. “I would love that but we’re both very busy and out of town a lot right now,” Scheana said. “So I’m not sure if that’s in the near future but hopefully!”

Hopefully, indeed.
