There's going to be a new hotspot in town! Lisa Vanderpump is known as a super successful businesswoman and restaurateur, which is why Vanderpump Rules stars Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz should feel honored that they're getting the chance to work with her on a new project! The Toms have had a ton of experience working for Lisa at SUR, and now they're working together with Lisa to create a new bar call TomTom.

But on a recent episode of Vanderpump Rules, the Toms and Lisa hit a bump in their new business relationship when they had a misunderstanding over how much control the Toms will actually have over the business. After a tense negotiation with Lisa and her husband Ken Todd, the Toms agreed to invest $50,000 each and in return, they would get 5 percent each in the business — and they shook on it to make it official.

"All I'm asking for is enthusiasm and positivity and I see maybe they've turned the corner," Lisa said in her confessional, looking pleased with their business deal. Keep scrolling below to find out everything we know so far about the new bar/restaurant!

Where will TomTom be located?

The restaurant will be located in West Hollywood, near SUR and PUMP, which are Lisa's other two very popular and successful restaurant/bars.

Is TomTom open yet?

Back in August, TMZ reported that TomTom was scheduled for a November opening, but the opening was pushed back — which is something that is common in the restaurant business. But Tom Sandoval exclusively revealed to Life & Style last month that it's still a work in progress.

"We're working on it," he said. "We'll see what happens with that. It wasn't just something that was thrown out there like a casual thought, like, 'Maybe someday we should go to Paris.' It's something that we are working on and you'll find out what happens with that."
