Unbreakable! Real Housewives of Dallas star Stephanie Hollman opened up exclusively to Life & Style about how she and husband Travis Hollman have steered clear of the reality TV curse that often ruins marriages. According to the blonde beauty, 37, she and the handsome locker mogul — who share young sons Chance, 8, and Cruz, 6 — have sought help in couples therapy to make sure their family remains intact.

“All of Season 1, we were in therapy as well, because I never want to be a statistic for reality TV. And I think it’s really hard, and sometimes you don’t talk about things because you don’t have time. And then by the time you talk about something, it’s way past time to fix it,” Stephanie told Life & Style of her decision to see a counselor with Travis. “We have two babies, so for me, my biggest thing is making sure that my family and my children and husband, the things that are important, are solid.”

The Bravolebrity went on to say that while she’s enjoyed the perks of fame since making her TV debut on Season 1 of RHOD in April 2016, none of it can compare to the joy that her sweet family of four brings her. “Nothing is worth losing that,” she said. “I just felt like I wanted to protect what was important — and my babies deserve to be in a happy functioning family.”

Indeed, of all her titles — reality star, fashion blogger, philanthropist, wife — Stephanie’s favorite by far is mom. “Chance and Cruz are just so funny. They’re really honest. They will tell you everything they’re thinking,” she gushed to Life & Style. “And I love boys. I never thought I’d love having boys so much because they’re rough-and-tumble, but boys don’t fight with each other! It’s so weird. Like, even in school, dudes do not fight with each other. They never get mad. I never hear any drama. And I just love them so much.”

And, of course, Stephanie couldn’t ask for a better partner to raise her little guys with. “I think Travis and I keep each other in check. I bring out the fun side in him, but I think he makes sure that I’m organized and he helps me — like whenever we travel, he’s the one that makes sure we all have passports,” she said with a laugh. “Like, I would try and go to Mexico and not have a passport! I’ve gone on trips and forgot to pack a swimsuit. I’m more absent-minded than he is…But we just work.”

Part two of The Real Housewives of Dallas Season 2 reunion airs on Bravo Monday, Nov. 13, at 10 p.m. EST.
