Though most fans are wishing Vicki Gunvalson a speedy recovery from her recent surgery, some are still accusing her of going under the knife. The Real Housewives of Orange County star shared some photos from an unknown “non-elective procedure” she had to receive and it seems like she just can’t catch a break from the haters.

“Had another ‘non elective’ procedure yesterday and feeling much better today,” she captioned a collage of four photos of herself in various hospital gowns amid possible surgery. Her boyfriend, Steve Lodge, makes a cute appearance in one photo. “Thank you to all that reached out.”

She even included a bunch of telling hashtags, like #itsalwayssomething, #cantkeepmedownlong and #filmingtoday.

Since Vic has a well-known penchant for plastics and injectables, fans and followers just couldn’t help but insert themselves into the narrative via the comments section — and the RHOC OG was actually quick to come to her own defense.

“What are you doing to yourself, it is not good,” one follower commented. Vicki responded, “Doing what to myself? I have a medical issue.” You tell ’em, Vic.

“Stop doing this to yourself,” another fan commented. “You will be sorry when you say this is my last and you won’t look at all like Vicki, you are much smarter than this!”

Vicki answered that one pretty matter-of-factly: “Seriously? Look at the caption.”

Another fan wanted to make sure the Bravo TV star knew she was already beautiful and didn’t need any help in that department, which is (in its own way) kind of nice. “I hope this was due to a medical need and not plastic surgery cause you look beautiful already,” the follower wrote.

Never one to miss a clapback, Vicki went in hard. “Do you understand the meaning of non-elective?” she replied to the fan.

No matter what the procedure was, we wish Vicki the best of luck in her recovery. Let’s hope this is the last one she has for a while!
