Rob Kardashian Still Loves ‘Burgers and Fries’ But Has ‘Cut Back’: ‘He’s All About Salads and Fruits’
Slim and trim! Rob Kardashian was recently spotted on big sis Kim Kardashian‘s Instagram looking fitter than ever. So, how did he do it? A source tells Life & Style exclusively that Dream‘s dad has drastically changed the way he eats.
“Rob has a trainer, but he’ll be the first one to tell you that he doesn’t always commit. He still struggles, but food is where he’s been making some great strides,” they ~dished.~ “He still loves In-N-Out Double-Double burgers and fries, but he’s really cut back. He’s all about salads and fruits, fish and chicken, walking on the treadmill.”
The insider added that “running after his daughter Dream is the easiest and most fulfilling workout.” We can imagine keeping eyes on a spunky two-year-old is no easy feat!
Back in July, the former KUWTK star’s ex and baby mama, Blac Chyna, revealed exclusively to LS that Dream and her brother, King Cairo, are her “most precious gifts.”
“To the world, I’m Blac Chyna, but to them, I’m mommy. Mommy is the best escape any woman could ever ask for,” the model confessed. “They’re my most precious gifts. I look at them and feel lucky. Everything I do and will do from here on out is to love them, protect them and give them everything they deserve.” She noted, “As a mother, you always want your children to have everything you may [have] had but definitely what you didn’t have.”
Although her kiddos have a four-year age gap, they seem extremely close. She gushed that the two especially love playing in the backyard and swimming together. “I love looking over the balcony and seeing King push Dream on the swings.” Aww!
Rob, 32, and Chyna, 31, have had a tumultuous relationship over the years, but it appears they’re back on good terms. “I just feel like having a good relationship with the other parent and coparenting is a healthy type of thing,” Chyna told Entertainment Tonight in March. “It’s something that a lot of people need to practice.” Just one month earlier, Rob wrote on Twitter, “Angela and I are both actively coparenting and there are no pending or active custody cases.” We’re so happy to hear everyone’s getting along!
