When the men of Million Dollar Listing New York aren’t selling the Big Apple’s hottest real estate, they’re serving major #bodygoals on social media. If you’ve been watching Season 6 of the hit Bravo show, you are well aware that the network has finally put together the most attractive cast yet.

Between series vets Ryan Serhant and Fredrik Eklund and newbie Steve Gold, we’re not sure how these sexy AF realtors’ clients aren’t completely distracted by their good looks. Luckily for us, when the handsome trifecta aren’t suited up for open houses, they’re often posing shirtless on Instagram.

The guys of MDLNY chatted exclusively with Life & Style about how they maintain their drool-worthy bods. Though Ryan, 33, Steve, 32, and Fredrik, 40, each take a different approach to fitness, they all work hard to look amazing for their thirst trap selfies.

Ryan

Ryan, whose diet is the most regimented among his co-stars, told Life & Style that he meticulously measures his macros to ensure that he is consuming the ideal combination of protein and carbs.

“I have no time to eat during the day, so the big thing for me is honestly diet. Once I turned 30, I noticed that I really had to pay attention to everything I was putting into my body. So I have food prepped for me every day and then delivered to my office in the morning and it’s all I eat,” he explained. “They’re weighed out by macros, so it’s a lot of chicken, white rice, couscous and white fish. That’s my life!”

Ryan’s commitment has certainly paid off. Case in point? The sizzling snaps he shared from his recent vacation to Greece with wife Emilia Bechrakis. Look below for reference: Here’s the hunky real estate agent showing off his rock-hard abs in a pair of bright blue board shorts. We have no idea why he’s pretending to talk on a payphone, but hey, we’re not complaining.

When it comes to working out, Ryan hits up The Dogpound, a private training gym located in Manhattan’s swanky Tribeca neighborhood. “I work out every morning. Otherwise, the rest of my day feels weird. It’s a big thing for energy for me. I go about five days a week,” he said. “It’s pricey, but it’s definitely worth it. I have a trainer who just runs me through different types of workouts. I like it because the atmosphere is good.”

Steve

Steve — who, if you couldn’t tell by his insanely fit physique, used to be a model — also works out at The Dogpound. “It’s a lot of supersets, like, you’ll do chest and then biceps and legs. It’s circuit training and definitely a full-body workout,” he explained to Life & Style. “They just keep you going pretty much for a full hour and then when you’re done, you’re like, ‘Thank God!’ But like Ryan said, it’s worth it for sure.”

Worth it, indeed. Check out Steve’s perfect pecs in the above ‘gram, in which he appears to just be chillin’ on a rooftop in Barcelona. But, really, the Connecticut native — whether he knows it or not — is thirst-trapping us.

Though Steve’s diet is not as strict as Ryan’s, he avoids sugar and limits his alcohol intake. “I didn’t even drink until after college. I tried it, but I was an athlete. And I was focused on school and sports, so alcohol and that whole party environment didn’t fit in,” he said. “Look at me now!”

Yes. Look ?. At ?. You ?.

For his part, Fredrik likes to break a sweat bright and early. “I try to hit the gym every day in the morning. If I don’t go, I can feel it throughout the day. It’s calming for me. It’s more for my own sanity — and maybe a little bit of vanity!” the Equinox enthusiast said with a laugh. “But it helps me stay focused and I just feel better about myself.”

According to the Swedish stud — who recently flaunted his toned torso while dancing at his pal Bethenny Frankel’s Hamptons home, as seen in the Insta vid below — he also keeps his six-pack in check with daily meditation and juicing.

“After I meditate and have my green juice, I’m good to go and can hit the ground running!” he added. “Between our jobs and the show, Ryan, Steve, and I can work up to 18 hours a day. It’s important to take care of ourselves.”

Amen to that. Million Dollar Listing New York airs on Bravo Thursdays at 9 p.m. EST.
