Talk about double duty! Actress Sarah Wright Olsen just became a mother-of-two — and she's handling the new title like a pro!
In a photo she shared on Instagram, the 32-year-old can be seen breastfeeding her newborn daughter Esme while reading a children's book to son Wyatt, 3.
The co-founder of the Zen Mama blog, who welcomed her second child with husband Eric Olsen, 39, earlier this month, has been very vocal about embracing motherhood.
"Love and joy don't do justice to what I feel when I look at these three," Sarah captioned a photo of her family after giving birth.

"Rafa's favorite spot. There is no one right way to feed our babies, but this week marks #nationalbreastfeedingweek and I would like to extend my support to mothers who have taken this path. In the end, regardless of our methods, #AllMommiesUnite and whatever way we love and nurture our children is beautiful, perfect and inspiring."

“Some people here think they don’t have to breastfeed, and I think, ‘Are you going to give chemical food to your child, when they are so little?’ There should be a worldwide law, in my opinion, that mothers should breastfeed their babies for six months.”

“Breastfeeding is not a sexual act. It’s an intimate act, and that makes some people uncomfortable. But that’s completely notmal to have all the humane hormones that are released when you breastfeed regulating your relationship with your child — that’s simply normal.”

"I am so lucky to be able to wake up seeing, and kissing on this beautiful little face of hers every single day! The world could end right now, and as long as I have her held close to my chest and feel her little heart beating…nothing else in this world matters! The only thing that matters to me is my little princess and what a beautiful, gorgeous, and perfect little princess she is! I seriously am so in love!"

Alyssa shared the following quote — originally said by Milan Kundera: “Ah, the joy of suckling! She lovingly watched the fishlike motions of the toothless mouth and she imagined that with her milk there flowed into her little son her deepest thoughts, concepts, and dreams.”

“I’ll breastfeed, and I’ll be breastfeeding until my son is finished and he weans. I think it affords the child, when he grows up, to have a lot less therapy to go to. For me, I protect his safety and his well-being and his attachment. That stage of development is a very important stage.”

"[Breastfeeding's] very loving and sweet, but it’s not easy. They just use you for your milk and you just feel like you are just a cow all day. It’s hard to work your entire day around getting her the nourishment she needs because they are just little animals.”
