And she's out! Selena Gomez recently put her Studio City, CA, home on the market after living there for just one year. According to property records, the "Back to You" singer purchased the home for $2.2 million and is hoping to sell it for $2.79 million. Watch the video above to take a tour of the inside!

Aside from the fact that Selena's abode is incredibly spacious, it's also super charming. The home was built back in 1951, and features four bedrooms and three bathrooms with herringbone-patterned wood floors and modern lighting. And, judging from the pictures, there is lots of natural sunlight that comes through the extra large windows as well. Selena's master suite has two walk-in closets, and a marble bath.

As for other amenities? There is an open kitchen, a media space, and a library with a fireplace. Selena didn't always have to be stuck inside, either. Alongside the stone-rimmed pool and spa, the home has a patio, kitchen, and a dining area on the lawn all next to a completely renovated guesthouse. The home also features a full-mirrored yoga studio, built-in sound system, and a wet bar.

Standing at a modest 3,188 square feet, it's not a mansion, but it pretty much has everything one could ask for — especially someone like Selena who is incredibly private. It is advertised as a "private, secured, [and] serene sanctuary."

There's no word on why Selena is leaving, but it's not a total shock — she likes to move around a bit. Plus, it's not the only place she has on the market at the moment. The 25-year-old is also trying to sell a house she bought in Texas in 2015. Before these properties, Selena bought and owned a home in Calabasas, CA, in 2014. Just one year later, she put that home on the market, and it was sold in mid-2016. Could she have a future in house flipping? It sure seems like it!
