Heating Up! Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello Spotted Kissing at a Cafe in San Francisco
What’s going on with these two?! Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello were spotted locking lips while at a cafe in San Francisco on July 12 — and needless to say, we’re shook at what this kiss could mean for the potential couple.
A music news Twitter account posted two photos of Shawn, 20, and Camila, 22, in a restaurant, one sitting across from each other and another with the heartthrob’s arms around the former Fifth Harmony member. Of course, those photos alone would make any shipper take notice … but then a fan swooped in with some real tea.
The follower then replied to the tweet with their own video, writing, “EXCLUSIVE: Camilla Cabello and Shawn Mendes KISSING in a cafe in San Francisco today,” and adding the vid on the reply. In the clip, the rumored couple is, in fact, talking and sitting closely before sharing a few kisses.
Though Shawn’s back is to the camera and Camila’s face is more easily recognizable, anyone who loves the Canadian singer would know it was him by the tattoo on the back of his arm. So, it looks like things are still on when it comes to ~Shawmila~!
Honestly, we’re pretty thrilled at that news — since Shawn himself made efforts to squash the romance rumors recently.
In a video posted by Pop Crave on July 6, a fan asked the “Stitches” singer if he and Camila were a couple. Shawn shook his head “no,” which sent the crowd into giggles. Definitely not the answer we were looking for, but anyway … the fan then asked if Shawn would go on a date with her. “That was the best set-up,” he admitted about the fan’s innocent trick. “I won’t [go out with you]. I don’t know you, that’s why. I need to get to know you first.”
Seems as though he’s already got that part down with Camila.
