The Most Shocking 'Botched' Plastic Surgery Transformations

“One of the things I like about Botched is that it’s a cautionary tale,” Dubrow continued. “Real surgery can be real dangerous. Make sure the benefits overwhelm the risks.”

And the risks, we’ve definitely seen. Patients on Botched have been high-risk for blindness, necrosis, infections, granulomas, and more. Rajee Narinesingh, "The Cement-Faced Woman."

When Rajee came to Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif looking for surgical help for the "black-market cement" injections in her face, the docs weren't sure if the nodules in Rajee's face were operable. After undergoing procedures with the Botched docs (and appearing on the show three separate times), Rajee's face has been rejuvenated, the nodules mostly gone!

Luci

Her nose was severely injured in a motorbike accident in Italy 15 years prior to Luci seeking help from the docs. But things went awry during pre-assessment when Dr. Dubrow realized Luci had two brain aneurysms and required an immediate procedure to save her life. After the surgery, she returned to have her nose fixed.

Christina

Christina was severely burned in a fire at just 10 years old. The burns left her jawline looking uneven. Even the reconstruction surgeries Christina had after the accident didn't do it for her. But before Dr. Nassif could fix the scar and realign the three eyebrows into two, he had to implant tissue expanders into George's forehead. Dr. Nassif implanted two small bladders into George's forehead, pumping them with saline for several weeks until the skin stretched enough.
