You’re never too old to change career paths, right? Sophie Turner revealed on April 16 that she’s in the midst of a break from acting to benefit her mental health, and that time to herself has given way to a new dream for the Game of Thrones star: becoming a police officer!

While visiting Dr. Phil’s podcast Phil in the Blanks, Sophie, 23, admitted that she’s enjoying some time away from the spotlight. “I actually am still on my break, I took a break off of work to focus on my mental health because I thought it was important,” she told the TV host. While she isn’t filming anything right now, she’s still working hard to promote her upcoming projects.

“I’m just about to go into press for the final season of Game Of Thrones and a movie Dark Phoenix that I did, the latest X-Men is about to come out in June, so I’m getting ready for a big press tour for that,” she explained. While she still plans to act once she’s rested and ready, she’s also been dreaming about a different path.

“I want to do a lot of things, and not just in the film world, at the moment I have a real urge to go to a police academy and become a cop,” said Joe Jonas‘ bride-to-be. “I’m fascinated by crime and why people do things, and the interrogation process, and how you can manipulate your words in order to get someone to confess, that interests me.”

Sophie isn’t the first actress to consider going into public service. In March, former Lizzie McGuire star Carly Schroeder actually enrolled in the army at age 28. It’s unclear if Sophie is equally as serious, but with a good head on her shoulders, a supportive man by her side, and the tenacity of a Stark, we’re sure she can do anything she puts her mind to!
