Stevie’s ageless appearance has sparked cosmetic surgery speculation over the years. She admitted to seeing a plastic surgeon in 1986 about getting work done on her nose but was told that her cocaine use made it impossible.

“I said, ‘What do you think about my nose?’ And he said, ‘Well, I think the next time you do a hit of cocaine, you could drop dead,’” she recalled on The Chris Isaak Hour in 2009. Stevie quit cocaine for good in the late 1980s.
