Summer House’s Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula Split After Months of Marital Struggles — Breakup Details
Summer House stars Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula have officially ended their marriage following years of speculation.
“After much reflection, we have mutually and amicably decided to part ways as a couple,” Batula and Cooke shared in a joint Instagram statement on Monday, January 19. “We share this with a heavy heart and kindly ask for your grace and support while we focus on our personal growth and healing.”
The pair acknowledged the complexity of asking for privacy while living much of their relationship publicly. “It feels ironic to ask for privacy during this time. since we’ve always tried to be open and honest about our relationship, but your kindness and respect will go a long way as we try to navigate our next chapter,” they continued.
The split comes ahead of the highly anticipated return of Summer House season 10 next month, which will show cracks forming in Cooke and Batula’s marriage. In the teaser for the upcoming season, the couple appears to clash over several issues, including Cooke’s DJ career and the pressure it has placed on their relationship.
Speculation about trouble between Cooke, 43, and Batula, 34, first emerged in November 2025, when a report claimed the pair were living separately. However, a source close to the reality stars shut down the rumor at the time.
“They are going through a challenging time,” the insider told Us Weekly, adding that despite their struggles, Cooke and Batula were “both committed to making the relationship work.”
Days later, costar Lindsay Hubbard also attempted to quiet breakup rumors. “It’s like any relationship, there’s ups and downs,” Hubbard, 39, told Us while attending BravoCon in November. She reminded fans that viewers had watched Cooke and Batula’s “journey for 10 years,” including both their highs and lows.
“I know that they’re so in love with each other, and they’re very much together,” she said at the time. “Like, come on.”
Hubbard further claimed it was “no big deal” that the couple was going through a rough patch. That same weekend, Cooke and Batula were spotted sitting next to each other during a Summer House panel at the Bravo fan convention in Las Vegas, though they did not publicly address their marital struggles.
Fans have had a front-row seat to Cooke and Batula’s relationship since Summer House premiered in 2017. The duo got engaged in September 2018 and tied the knot three years later in September 2021.
Over the years, viewers watched the couple navigate multiple challenges, including Cooke’s 2018 infidelity confession and ongoing disagreements about where to live and whether to have children.
