Tarek El Moussa Is ‘Very Happy’ for Ex Christina Anstead As She Prepares to Welcome Baby No. 3: ‘This Is a Big Moment’

Blended family goals! Tarek El Moussa may have moved on from his ex Christina Anstead, but that doesn’t mean he can’t wish her the best. In fact, it’s quite the opposite.

The 38-year-old revealed to Access Hollywood that he is “very happy” for his Flip or Flip costar as she gets ready to welcome her third child, whom she will share with current husband Ant Anstead. “This is a big moment,” Tarek told the outlet.

Tarek and Christina married in 2009 and announced their breakup in 2016. However, they have managed to maintain a healthy coparenting relationship for their two children, 8-year-old Taylor and 3-year-old Brayden. “We share two kids together and her baby is going to be a brother to my children so that’s a big deal,” he added. “It’s part of the family and I’m going to treat the kid like my own … I’m very happy for her.” Aw, how sweet!

This wasn’t the first time the father of two commented on Christina and Ant’s baby. “I’m sure I will [have a relationship with him],” he told Us Weekly recently. “[He’s] the brother of my children, right? So … of course, yeah. I plan on treating her new son as good as I possibly can. They’re very, very excited actually, which is good. I’m excited for them too.”

The moment Christina and Ant have been waiting for should be arriving very soon. On August 30, the blonde beauty revealed that she will most likely be welcoming her baby boy on Friday, September 6. In addition, she said she plans on having a c-section. “Well … Here we go @ant_anstead … our world is about to get rocked — in all the best ways, of course,” she wrote, referring to her first child with her husband, Ant Anstead. “One week until my scheduled c-section. I chose to do this because I had an emergency c-section with Brayden and the whole experience and recovery was really hard on me physically and emotionally.”
