Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Relationship Is ‘Rock Solid’ Following Rumors of ‘Breakup Contract’

After reports claimed that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce had signed a relationship “contract” — which dictated that their year-plus romance was due to end on September 28 — the pair have shown no inclination to end their romance. The A-list duo “are doing just fine,” a source exclusively tells Life & Style. “The chatter about a supposed breakup contract was something they took in stride and immediately dismissed as totally ridiculous. They’re not paying attention to the rumors.”
Over the past year, Taylor, 34, and Travis, 35, have become each other’s biggest supporters: During the off-season, the football tight end crossed the globe for Taylor’s Eras Tour concerts, while the Grammy winner became a mainstay at NFL games, where she cheered wildly for the Super Bowl champ.
But with so many eyes on the world-famous couple, buzz swirled about the so-called breakup contract — which implied the relationship was solely a publicity stunt — after the pop star was missing at Travis’ recent games. But no trouble was brewing, insists the source.
“Taylor was rehearsing for the next leg of her tour, plus there was some concern over security at stadiums,” the insider says. “It was by no means a reflection of where they are with their romance, which is still totally rock solid.”
Taylor made up for her previous absences on October 7, when she showed up in Kansas City to watch the Chiefs win, and celebrated alongside her beau at the afterparty. “Taylor and Travis are the real deal,” says the source. “Everyone in their world knows that.”
