‘The Bachelor’ Spoiler: Nick and Contestant Vanessa Look “Totally in Love” on Date (EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS!)
SPOILER ALERT! The Bachelor Nick Viall has one high-flying date with contestant Vanessa Grimaldi on this season of the hit show!
Life & Style has obtained exclusive photos from the duo’s one-on-one time, during which they were treated to the Zero Gravity Experience airplane ride at California’s Long Beach Airport. “They looked totally in love,” an eyewitness says of the pair, who were filmed on Oct. 1. “They were acting like a couple on their honeymoon.”
The witness adds, “They were kissing passionately on the plane” — though there was one slightly awkward moment. “She got airsick and threw up at one point. But otherwise, they had a great time,” the insider explains.
On the season premiere Jan. 2, fans could tell that Nick and Vanessa had an immediate connection when she stepped out of the limo. “She’s a keeper,” the 36-year-old said after meeting the brunette beauty for the first time.
It’s interesting to note that during the last two seasons, the women who scored one-on-one dates with the Bachelor in episode three (Whitney Bischoff and Lauren Bushnell) went on to win the whole thing, and according to Reality Steve, Vanessa’s takes place in that pivotal third episode.

But despite their obvious chemistry, insiders say most of the women this season were often disgusted by Nick’s behavior, and some even walked off set! “The girls just didn’t like him. If it was just one or two leaving, it would have made for good TV. But it was a lot of them!” a source reveals.
“Producers had to talk to the girls one-on-one. They begged them not to walk away from a promising future. They even promised them slots on Bachelor in Paradise,” the source continues. “They did anything they could to try to convince them to come back.”
Should be an interesting season, to say the least!
