Steamy! Heidi and Spencer Pratt Pack on the PDA at a Private Gucci Party on Rodeo Drive

Heidi, whose maiden name was Montag, rose to fame on MTV’s The Hills back in 2006. Spencer made his debut the following year, in season 2, and since then, the pair has pretty much been inseparable.

The show documented their relationship pretty closely, including their major fights and wedding, which took place on November 20, 2008.

Ultimately, Heidi’s relationship with her hubby is the reason her friendship with Lauren Conrad — the star of the show — ended. Lauren believed Spencer spread mean rumors about her while Heidi stood by him through it all.

Years after the show ended in 2010, Speidi welcomed their first child, Gunner Pratt, in October 2017. Despite the fact that so much time has passed, Spencer can’t help but hope his kid one day ends up being opponents with Lauren’s 2-year-old son, Liam. “Hopefully they’re on rival sports teams,” Spencer told Us Weekly at the time. “That’s what I’m looking forward to.”

The drama returns on June 24, when the new show The Hills: New Beginnings returns with several of the OG cast mates including Heidi, Spencer, Brody Jenner, Audrina Patridge, Whitney Port, Justin Bobby and more. We don’t know about you, but we can’t wait for this reboot!
