Keeping things hot! Little People, Big World star Jeremy Roloff and his wife, Audrey, sat down exclusively with Life & Style to give advice on how they keep the spark alive in their relationship.

“We haven’t lost the spice yet,” the 28-year-old assured fans while promoting the couple’s new book, A Love Letter Life. “But, I will say that a lot of people feel like their … sex life in general … it all has to be spontaneous.” He explained that marriage takes work and you need to be realistic. He added, “It’s OK to plan stuff. Or, have an alarm on my phone that goes off that says, ‘Text my wife something sexy or romantic.’ … That’s designed success.”
