We certainly don’t want to see Kourtney Kardashian and her hunky model beau Younes Bendjima break up, but apparently at least one person does… Travis Barker! Yes, seriously, the Blink 182 drummer reportedly has a major crush on the mother of three, and he’s hoping he’ll get the chance to make a move soon. Talk about opposites attracting!
“Travis lives a couple of blocks from Kourt in the same gated community in Calabasas and their kids play together,” a source told Radar. Kourtney still lives in the home she bought with Scott Disick in The Oaks gated community, and Travis actually bought a second home in the neighborhood just last year. “He’s always had a bit of a thing for her,” continued the friend. Apparently the punk rocker “would love to ask her out” but he “missed his chance” when Kourtney quickly began dating Younes after splitting from Scott for the last time.
But now he thinks he might soon be getting another opportunity to slide into her DMs (or mailbox?) Kourtney recently unfollowed her younger man on Instagram, and Younes also posted some shady Instagram Stories. We thought they might have split, but then they were spotted together at Tristan Thompson‘s birthday party looking cuddly as ever. Still, Travis is holding out hope. “He wants to take her for dinner at his Crossroads restaurant and wow her with all his favorite vegan dishes,” said the source.
Travis and his kids.
Travis may seem like Kourtney’s polar opposite, but they actually have a lot in common. For example, Travis is vegan, and Kourtney is also health food obsessed. They’re both parents; Travis has two kids, son Landon, 14, and daughter Alabama, 12, while Kourtney has Mason, 8, Penelope, 5, and Reign, 3. Plus they both grew up in the limelight, travel a lot, and live in the same neighborhood, obviously. Travis is also familiar with the reality star lifestyle, since he and ex-wife Shanna Moakler had their own show called Meet The Barkers. They’re also a lot closer in age, with Travis being 42 and Kourt 38. If Younes and Kourt don’t work out, we kinda really want to see this happen!
