Travis Kelce Shares Sweet Moment With Excited Taylor Swift Fans After Chiefs Win
Travis Kelce made a pair of Swifties’ day after beating the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, December 15.
“@newheightshow tell travis we said thanks for saying hi to us,” one Swiftie named Alyssa shared via X alongside a video of Travis, 35, high-fiving her and a pal following the Chiefs’ win in Cleveland. The girls – who donned Taylor Swift Eras tour merch tees – were visibly giddy about their encounter with the tight end.
For his part, Travis – who was seen smiling in the footage – was in a good mood after he and his team dominated their opponents in a 21-7 victory in his home state.
Taylor, 35, was not in attendance for her boyfriend’s big win, however, the couple were able to spend time together over the weekend to celebrate the “Karma” singer’s birthday on December 13.
Travis gifted the singer lavish jewelry for her special day, including a rose gold Day-Date 36 Rolex, valued at $60,350, according to The U.S. Sun. He also purchased items from Tiffany & Co. and Van Cleef & Arpels, totaling $155,200, the outlet reported.
In addition to the jewelry, Taylor reportedly received 35 bouquets of roses – one for each year – from the Kansas City Chiefs star. “Thirty-five years old is a very important birthday, and he wanted to make things really special for this special occasion,” a source told the outlet. “He has been working on this for a bit now, and he knows that the occasion was super important as now they are able to spend way more time together as the tour is over.”
Taylor’s record-breaking Eras tour came to an end after 21 months on December 8 in Vancouver, Canada. Travis – who first attended the Eras tour in July 2023, hoping to get the pop star’s attention – went on to support his girlfriend in international destinations such as Singapore, Australia, London and Buenos Aires.
His last opportunity to catch a show was in Indianapolis in November, and he didn’t let it slip.
“I wanted to see Tay one more time before this thing got closed up,” he brother Jason Kelce on the November 6 episode of their “New Heights” podcast. “And I’ll tell you what, man … the American crowds … they did not disappoint.”
After wrapping up in Vancouver, Taylor immediately headed to Kansas City where she was later seen spending time with patients and family members at Children’s Mercy Hospital one day ahead of her birthday.
Taylor posed for photos, signed autographs and even FaceTimed family members who could not be present. The “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” singer also took the time to film a TikTok with fans, which immediately went viral on the app.
“The last few months have been very intense for the both of them, and now they just want to enjoy each other, and Taylor’s birthday is the first day of many more days and times for celebrations in the next couple of weeks,” the source told The U.S. Sun.
Travis later praised his lady, giving her a sweet shoutout on his podcast.
“Shout-out to Tay and the unbelievable Eras tour [that] has finally come to an end,” he said on the December 11 episode. “[It was] 149 or 152 shows. I forget which one it was. Somewhere in there. A f–k ton is how I sum it up,” he said, noting that more than “10 million people” attended the tour.
