Um, Sia Is Seriously Stunning Without Her Signature Blonde Wig
It’s hard to picture Sia without her signature blonde, straight-banged wig, but believe it or not, the 42-year-old does show her face from time to time — and she’s beautiful! Most recently, the “Cheap Thrills” songstress stepped out at LAX rockin’ an all-tan ensemble and her natural hair.
The 42-year-old has gone to great lengths to hide her face over the years, which begs many fans to ask, why? The singer told James Corden during a Carpool Karaoke session last year that she wears her hair pieces for a very specific reason.

“I was a singer for 10 or 11 years to mediocre success,” Sia told James at the time. “I was an alcoholic and a drug addict. I sobered up, and I decided I didn’t want to be an artist anymore because I was starting to get a little bit famous and it was destabilizing in some way. I thought, ‘What doesn’t exist in pop music at the moment?’ And it was mystery. I was like, there is [sic] pictures on Instagram of everyone at the dentist.” To be fair, she has a point!
Last night, Sia hit the stage during The Voice season finale, not once but twice! She performed her hit holiday song “Snowman” after her amazing duet with Brooke Simpson — the show’s third place winner. Sia released her eighth studio album and first Christmas album in Nov. 2017, and the cover features Sia’s mentee, Maddie Ziegler. Honestly, it’s amazing and so is she — with or without her wig!
