Remember Sammy From ‘Shahs of Sunset’ Season 1? See What He’s up to Now!
The sixth season of Shahs of Sunset is now in full swing, but recently, fans of the Bravo series have been wondering what happened to Sammy Younai from Season 1 of the hit reality show. The real estate developer appeared at the launch of Mike Shouhed's shoe line during Season 5, and even though he's not gracing our television screens anymore, he's remained pretty busy.
"You know, I'm still with the cast quite a bit," he told The Daily Dish last year. "I see MJ [Mercedes Javid] all the time, still friends with Mike. I bump into Reza [Farahan] every now and again and GG [Golnesa Gharachedaghi] as well. So it's not like we don't see each other." And business is booming. "Since you last saw me on the show, I probably built and sold somewhere close to about $40 million worth of real estate," he shared.
Unfortunately for Sammy, things don't appear to be going as well in his love life. Though he got married on June 4, 2016, it looks like the former reality star has already split from his wife based on multiple social media posts. Not only is he ringless in recent Instagram photos, but earlier this month, he was investigated for extortion during a sex contract dispute.
According to TMZ, Sammy threatened to release video of a sexual encounter between himself and a woman he was dating after she urinated on his mattress. The case was ultimately thrown out due to lack of evidence.
"Life is filled with headaches heartache and just bullshit topped with stupidity and rejection. But when life throws you a curve ball call the most beautiful curviest friend you have, fill up a cup full of Don J. and laugh at your self and everyone else," he cryptically posted on July 2.
