Set your DVRs, y’all. The reboot for TLC’s iconic show Trading Spaces — which originally ran from 2000 to 2008 — finally has a premiere date! The hit home design series officially returns on Saturday, April 7, at 9 p.m. EST.

Back in January, fans were treated to a first glimpse of the upcoming revival on Trading Spaces’ official Facebook page. In the preview (which has racked up millions of views), we see the original crew back in action. Yep, beloved host Paige Davis and sexy carpenters Ty Pennington and Carter Oosterhouse — along with more of your favorites — are part of the new series.

The sneak peek promises “more outrageous moments” and even “more OMG reveals.” In a February interview with Kansas City Spaces, Paige, 48, opened up about what viewers can expect from Trading Spaces 2.0. “It won’t be very different,” she said. “It really is the show everybody loves. The budget is different, but that’s about it.”

Paige added, “Our designers will still surprise. One of the great things about Trading Spaces is that there are so many designers, six original legacy designers. And then we have three new designers. That’s nine designers to choose from, and two per episode. You’re never going to see the same thing twice. Some will be more contemporary, some will be more traditional, but we’ll always be fun. Trading Spaces definitely put the fun in design television and home television.”

According to Paige, she couldn’t be more thrilled to bring back Trading Spaces during TV enthusiasts’ current celebration of all things nostalgic. “I think people are looking for comfort and things that are familiar. I’m so happy that we’re part of this bigger nostalgic wave, with Rosanne and Will and Grace and Queer Eye for the Straight Guy,” she said. “Across the board, reality and scripted TV is coming back.”

Trading Spaces returns to TLC on Saturday, April 7, at 9 p.m. EST.
