What Does ‘Bachelor Pad’ Alum Natalie Getz Do for a Living?
As of October 2024, the former reality star works as a senior manager in talent acquisition for Tiffany & Co. based out of Los Angeles, according to her LinkedIn profile. In her position, Natalie is in charge of “full cycle retail recruitment for all management and supporting roles for the Southwest and Northwest market,” which includes seven states.
Natalie held a similar position for five years with Gucci, handling their retail recruitment for the United States and Canada before leaving in November 2022 to join Tiffany & Co.

Natalie announced her engagement to longtime boyfriend Matt Keller in September 2021. On her Instagram account, which has since been set to private, she wrote, “Four years together, forever to go! Nothing can describe how happy you make me, @MattKeller30.”
The couple married and she now goes by Natalie Getz-Keller personally and professionally. Her Instagram profile shows Natalie in a strapless wedding gown with a full skirt while holding a bouquet of flowers.
When Did Natalie Getz Appear on ‘The Bachelor’?
She competed for Jason Mesnick‘s heart on season 13 of The Bachelor in 2009. Natalie was sent home after week three on the show.
Natalie’s exit was a dramatic one. She and Jason flew to Las Vegas for a one-on-one date featuring a private dinner and concert. When Jason picked up the rose, Natalie assumed she would be receiving it, but instead the real estate agent ended their journey together.
“He’s an idiot. He’s probably intimidated by me. I mean, like, just because he’s ‘Jason’ what did he want me to do [be] like ‘Oh, Jason’?” Natalie fumed in the car after getting eliminated.
The former Hooters waitress continued, “I’m not mad, I just think it’s odd. I don’t mean to sound conceited but like, I mean, I got a lot going on. I’m super attractive. You don’t feel a connection with me? Who do you think you are, God?”
What Happened to Natalie Getz on ‘Bachelor Pad’?
Fans hadn’t seen the last of Natalie after her Bachelor exit, as she appeared on and won the first season of Bachelor Pad. Former stars from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette lived together and teamed up for challenges and potential love matches.
Natalie and David Good — who appeared on Jillian Harris‘ season of The Bachelorette — won the season and split the $250,000 prize, each taking home $125,000. The pair beat out couple Kiptyn Locke and Tenley Molzahn for the win.
The duo kept things casual on the show and didn’t end up in a serious romance.
“Dave wants more, of course!” Natalie told Digital Spy in September 2010 following her win. “I think we kind of said now we have won this money, it would be fun to take a vacation, go somewhere tropical and fun and celebrate together. I don’t know, we haven’t actually talked about that yet because we’ve just been so crazy busy celebrating.”
David added, “She’s right, when all this is said and done, we’ll probably pack up and go away and spend time with each other.”
