The Taiwanese-American makes a living as a model. She often shares snapshots from photo shoots on her Instagram page, which has more than 70,000 followers as of time of publication.
According to a Bravo press release shared before her debut, Meili has “her hands full as a model with four young children and husband.”
While Meili makes money with her modeling gigs and for appearing on RHOSLC, she also earns extra cash by working as an influencer. She has partnered with brands including NUR Kitchen and Pro Lash to promote deals for their products with her social media followers.
Additionally, her Instagram bio states that she’s interested in trying to homestead in her Homeowners Association. Many people in Utah create homesteads, which consists of running a small farm and usually includes having a garden and chickens.

The press release also shared details about Meili’s relationship with her husband, Ty Workman. “As she and her husband work to keep their romantic spark alive while raising their children, Meili is re-finding her identity outside of motherhood,” the press release stated.
Meili often shares glimpses of her relationship with Ty on social media, and previously revealed in a social media post that they tied the knot after just six months of knowing each other. The couple celebrated their 12-year anniversary in August 2024, and she commemorated the occasion by sharing several photos of her and Ty over the years via Instagram. “12 down, forever to go,” the TV personality captioned the post.
Ty currently works as a commercial insurance agent at CUI, according to his LinkedIn profile. Through his job, Ty works to safeguard businesses and their assets. Prior to his job at CUI, Ty worked as a Senior Account Executive at Domo Inc.

Meili clearly loves being a mother, and she often shares family photos with Ty and their kids on social media. In October 2024, she revealed that they all dressed up as clowns for Halloween and shared several snapshots of the group costume.
Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s Meili Workman Moved to Utah for Her Religion
Meili was originally born in California, and she was raised as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She moved to Utah to become more involved in the church. However, the press release stated that she “ultimately decided that the faith was not for her” and she stepped away from the religious organization.
