“She is all about portion size right now,” Martinez exclusively shares with Life & Style, on stands now. “And she loves salads, broccoli, asparagus, kale — she likes anything green.”

Under his guidance, the mother-of-two is eating a total of 1,200 to 1,600 protein-packed calories each day, delivered in the form of five to six small meals.
Britney pairs her healthy eating with three to four intense 40-minute workouts a week with Martinez.
“We never do the same thing, and that’s why she likes it — and it shows in her body,” Martinez tells Life & Style. That includes lots of tennis matches, core exercises with a basketball and even climbing fences!

“She feels good because her clothes feel different. They are looser on her. I’d rather go that route than push her to weigh a certain amount,” Martinez explains to Life & Style.
