New mansion, who dis? Kyle Richards has a new crib, and it's not in Beverly Hills. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her family recently moved to Encino, CA in the San Fernando Valley — and the gorgeous Colonial-style home is the reason why. Kyle and her real estate agent husband Mauricio Umansky purchased the mansion for a casual $8.25 million back in October 2017, and it's since been undergoing renovations. Now that the fam is all moved in, they can officially call it home. Check out the video above to see pics of Kyle's gorgeous new house!

Built in 1912, the 10,600-square-foot home is known historically as the Smokey Robinson Estate, as the iconic Motown singer once resided there, according to Trulia. Although it's been completely renovated and expanded throughout the years, Smokey's style still comes through.

Boasting seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, the mansion has plenty of room for Kyle's family-of-six. There are several other luxurious amenities, including eight fireplaces scattered throughout the home, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a library, and a home theater — perfect for family movie nights!

The backyard features a pretty picnic gazebo and a brand new swimming pool. We're sure Kyle and Mauricio's four kids enjoy hanging out with their friends back there. There's also a 1,600-square-foot guest house on the grounds — just in case there's not enough room in the main house for the family's guests.

"It was actually one of my husband’s listings, and I said to him, 'I wanna go look at this house to look at the floors,' because I was redoing my floors at the time," Kyle previously said in an interview about why she decided to move. "It’s not like anything you would see in Los Angeles normally, and I just fell in love and my husband did too."

Unfortunately, back in December, Kyle's new home was subject to a robbery — during which $1 million worth of jewelry was allegedly stolen, according to TMZ. Luckily, the family was away on vacation at the time of the robbery. But thankfully, it looks like the family was able to move past that scary incident and they've made themselves comfortable in their new home.

But even though they have a beautiful home in California, Kyle's kids can't wait to fly the coop! Earlier this week, Kyle and her hubby Mauricio documented their trip to Washington DC with their "third baby" Sophia Umansky so that she could look at colleges — and Kyle has been very open about the fact that she doesn't want her daughter to leave the west coast. "All of the schools now, I think they encourage going off [to college], which I know is a wonderful thing and [it] helps them grow," she said in an interview with Bravo's The Daily Dish, "but we’ve got really good schools and a nice cozy bed at home."
