Nicole, 25, has been staying on her grind over the last few months, working out and sticking to a nutritious meal plan. The reality star just posted a new photo, revealing that she’s starting to notice a difference with her physique.

“This shirt is usually tight around my mid-section, so it’s nice to put clothes on and be loose,” she captioned the photo via Instagram Stories. Nicole was smiling while gazing in the mirror rocking her Disney top.

During a recent Q&A, the TLC alum opened up about a myriad of hot topics, including her weight loss progress. One fan asked if she ever felt that people are trying to change her body and relationship with Azan Tefou (a.k.a Hassan M’Raouni).

Nicole responded, “People like to think that I should do what they think is best because they know my life and relationship more than I do apparently.”

The 90DF personality said she’s trying to find a balance and a routine she can stick to. As far as her ultimate goal, Nicole is hoping to just “be healthier and comfortable” in her own skin.

Just a few days ago, Nicole posted an update and it involved her daughter, May. “This is a special #dietbet where my daughter May is going to help me with motivating and sending positive energy and joy in our DietBet group,” she wrote.

DietBet is an app-based weight loss program where participants bet a certain amount of money in hopes of motivating them to reach a goal by a certain date.

“May is not dieting! She only want to help encourage others with her kind words and help out her mom,” Nicole clarified. “Seriously guys, it’s innocent, chill. Let’s just have fun and encourage others instead of trying to bash me for my fails.”

The Florida-native previously revealed that her long-distance love, Azan, is keeping her motivated on her fitness journey. She said that he’s been supporting her with encouraging words.

“He’s never discouraging and he never talks down my efforts even if it means starting all over,” she dished about Azan. So sweet!

On top of that, Azan doesn’t judge her. “No matter how many times I restart he is always telling me how he believes in me and knows I can do it,” Nicole wrote.

On April 15, Nicole posted an impressive drawing of herself and Azan. “I recently got this picture back when I got my new phone because of the iCloud backup so I want to post it so I don’t lose it again,” she revealed. “Edit: Yes I drew this.”

Long-Distance Love

During her recent Q&A, Nicole also gave an update on their relationship, confirming they are still going strong. She said that even though they haven’t seen each other face to face for almost a year now, they do stay in regular contact.

The dynamic duo has now been together for three and a half years. Nicole even confessed what made her believe that Azan is “the one,” calling him a “loving and caring man” who has all the traits she’s looking for in a partner.
