Get it, girl! For the past year, Molly Hopkins has been on a weight-loss journey, and on March 12 she showed off some majorly impressive results! The 43-year-old bra connoisseur and 90 Day Fiancé star took to Instagram to put her amazing abs on display, and we couldn’t be prouder! See her progress in the gallery below.

Getting Stronger
While she’s obviously looking amazing, she still has to battle her own insecurities. Just one day earlier, Molly posted an image that said, “shout out to all the girls working on loving their bodies because that s–t’s hard and I’m proud of you.”

She added her own commentary in the caption, writing, “some days are better than others … somedays we detox … somedays are toxic #workinprogress.” Hey, as long as she’s trying!

All About That Confidence
Molly is all about confidence and positivity, especially when it comes to the women who come to her Livi Rae Lingerie shop! “We don’t allow the words fat, old, ugly, or I used to be,” she said. “Put faith in yourself, and God, and step out on that.”

So Much Progress!
In a post shared on her trainer’s Instagram page in September, Molly opened up about just how much progress she had made since starting working with him in August.

“I was 203 down to 196 and I just put on a 29 denim short when I was a 34. From a 14 to a 10,” she said. How crazy is that?! “She has only been with me a little over a month! Most of this is her credit for a consistent diet!” the trainer wrote. “[Molly] tackled the hard part first! 💪🏾.”

Setbacks Are Part of the Process
Molly may have fallen slightly off the wagon during the holidays, (who doesn’t?) but she entered the new year ready to get right back on track.

“[Justin Hunt] gets ya right back to the grind after the holiday fatfest mac n cheese sessions,” she wrote, admitting she may have overeaten just a little bit. “See ya soon guy!!!” It sounds like she’s already starting to feel great again in March!

Molly seems to be particularly beloved among her fellow 90DF stars, and a few sent their support on her most recent progress pic. Paola Mayfield (who is on a weight-loss journey of her own after having a baby), David Toborowsky and his wife Annie Suwan all liked the pic.

However, other followers had some less-than-pleasant responses. “You got a tummy tuck, you’re beautiful before and after,” said one backward compliment. Molly definitely doesn’t have time for that crap, and she set the record straight!

“No and if I did I would credit my doctor,” she quickly clapped back. “I’m very athletic. I lost almost 40 pounds and had a trainer. But you go ahead and believe what you want. Old-fashioned weight loss methods still work!”

Luckily, Molly had a clapback for that, too! “Actually I didn’t realize that,” she wrote. “I was standing like that to cut the toilet out of the background but you people [laughing emoji].” TBH you can see plenty of her incredible abs anyway, so that commenter was just being mean.
