Finally back on her grind! Paola Mayfield loves working out, but she loves her baby Axel more, so she’s had to put her fitness routine on hold since giving birth. Luckily, the 32-year-old 90 Day Fiancéstar revealed on March 12 that she got the go-ahead to get back to her training, and now she’s going “harder than ever” in the gym. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t some restrictions! See her amazing post-baby body progress below.
Paola made it clear that being a mom hasn’t made her any less of a hottie who’s proud of her body! On March 12, she took to Instagram to show off her progress so far, and dish about recently starting her fitness regimen back up.

At Long Last!
It was clearly killing Paola to stay out of the gym, but now she doesn’t have to anymore! “It is what it is 🤷🏻♀️ I’m back to working out 💪🏻,” she revealed. Yay!

New Restrictions
Of course, for a woman as fit as Paola, she still feels a bit restricted. “Tho I can’t lose weight as fast as I would like because it will affect my milk supply,” she admitted.

New Goals
“I’m training harder than ever!” she continued. “I just want to increase muscle mass while slowly losing my extra pounds 💁🏻♀️.” Looking at her progress already, we think that’s totally attainable for Pao.

Baby Comes First!
Even if she can’t go as hard as she wants quite yet, she knows it’s for good reason. “I gotta be smart about it, baby comes first 🙇🏼♂️,” she promised. “Here is #rawpao after 2 months and 2 weeks postpartum 🤱🏻.” How amazing does she look?!

Healthy Snacks Only
Even before Pao could work out again safely, she started working on getting back to her pre-baby body by opting for a healthy diet. She shared this snap prepping a yummy smoothie on March 12.

This particular treat came with jam, berries, greek yogurt, cinnamon, and coconut. It sounds totally delicious, but it’s also packed with protein, fiber, and antioxidants!

Speedy Progress
Paola was already looking pretty damn amazing just one month after giving birth. “No matter how crazy my body has changed, I just love the fact that I’m a mom of an amazing son!” she wrote. “I really miss working out but at this point my priorities are Axel and completely healing my body. There’s nothing wrong with big boobs and a big butt 😅.” We can’t help but agree!

Paola even reminisced on her pre-pregnancy body, saying, “my body has changed so much. I’ve gained so much weight but I don’t care because I’m carrying the most beautiful and amazing thing that has ever happened to me.” How sweet!

Luckily, Pao also has tons of support from her husband Russ Mayfield, who posed for this cute pic with her while she was pregnant.

Best Job Ever
Paola welcomed her baby boy Axel on January 1, and she couldn’t have been happier to become a mom. “What an amazing way to start a new year, while I was hearing the fireworks and people telling me, ‘Happy New Year,’ I was just focused on meeting my baby,” she explained in a statement.

“It wasn’t easy but it was totally worth it,” she continued. “My little miracle is so beautiful and calm. I feel so blessed and I can’t believe I am a mom now! I’m ready to start this new adventure and to be the best mom for baby Axel.”
