Will Abby Lee Miller be returning for Dance Moms Season 8? That's what it seems like, according to a recent Instagram post. The beloved dance instructor has been through a rough year — first she served time in jail for fraud, and then she spent weeks in the hospital battling Burkitt lymphoma. But in the midst of all of her struggles, Miss Abby is trying to keep things positive on social media and she took a break from her health updates to share some pretty exciting news in a birthday shout out to her ALDC students Elliana Walmsley and Lilliana Ketchman.

"Happy Birthday to you two!!! [Lilly] and [Elliana] do those coats still fit? There is a rumor about Season 8 — We might be headed some place cold! Anybody have thoughts on this?" Abby wrote in her cryptic caption, and fans flooded the comments speculating where they could be filming Season 8 that would be cold enough to warrant outerwear.

"Please have Season 8…I know my family and I would definitely watch! Would it be back in Pittsburgh?" one fan wrote, and another commented, "Please make Season 8! And if you go somewhere cold, I think it's gonna be Canada or Russia."

It's unclear where Season 8 will be filmed, but the biggest question of them all is whether Abby will return to the series at all. Last season, she was replaced by Dancing with the Stars pro Cheryl Burke, but it seems like it would not be that difficult for Abby to begin filming for the new season because she may have gotten discharged from the hospital earlier this month.
